Las Vegas and Henderson Nevada put on impressive Christmas light shows like no other places on earth. The holiday season is a wonderful time to pack up the kids and go enjoy these fabulous displays. Create some wonderful memories for the entire family.

Professional Holiday Light Shows

Wet’n’Wild’s Christmas Town, 7055 S Fort Apache Road

This one-of-a-kind celebration of the season includes more than 3 million dazzling lights, ice skating, sledding on a 100 ft. hill (take lots of pictures of the kids!), an area for paintball fun and photos with Santa. Unlimited one-day access tickets begin at $15.

Glittering Lights at the Speedway, 7000 Las Vegas Blvd.

The whole family will love the Speedway’s 400 brilliant animated displays showcased along the 2.5 mile drive. This year’s display includes Santa’s Village (take pictures with Santa), Frosty and the Nutcracker.

The Magical Forest is one of southern Nevada’s most treasured traditions. In addition to millions of twinkling lights, you’ll enjoy great food, Santa photos and nightly entertainment.

Winter PARQ at The LINQ Promenade

The LINQ is a new entertainment district that welcomes families to enjoy decorations, carolers and holiday music. Every 30 minutes from 5-12 pm you’ll experience snow falling in this winter wonderland. See everything from 55 stories up in the world’s largest Ferris wheel.

Henderson, Nevada

Henderson Winter Festival, 200 South Water St.

This absolutely free winter festival in Henderson Nevada includes pony rides, a carousel, a petting zoo, pix with Santa and a train ride the kids will love. Lots of vendors will help you complete your Christmas shopping.

Enjoy the beautiful decorations and book a chocolate tasting.

The Best Light Shows by Homeowners

These Las Vegas Homeowners have gone all out, adding more lights this year to their already impressive displays.

1420 E. Robindale Rd.

Head to the Valley to see this “hypnotic” show of flashing lights and music. The lights are turned on every evening from 6-10 pm.

400 Huntly Road

These homeowners pour their hearts into decorating, wanting and succeeding in producing even better display than the year before. The light show begins at 5 pm and twinkles until 10 pm except for Friday and Saturday when everything remains lit until 11 pm. Listen to the music of the Trans Siberian Orchestra while marveling at all of the lights.

Enjoy all of the yard decorations accompanying the beautiful display of Christmas lights. Lights are usually on from 5-11 pm every night of the season. Check out this video of last year’s display.

The Newmans are famous for their Light-O-Rama, an amazing animated display of more than 12,000 Christmas lights. Don’t forget to show the kids the virtual Santa peeking from an upstairs window.

Whether you’re driving down the Strip or visiting Henderson Nevada, you’ll see lights everywhere. You’ll especially appreciate the lights at the Bellagio. Tune your radio to 101.1 FM to listen to holiday tunes while enjoying these wonderful Christmas displays.
